Food Safety Manager Certification Training and Exam
This manager-level food safety training course will prepare you to take the nationally approved Food Protection Manager Certification Exam.
Group Classes
We hold small group classes for as few as five candidates and large classes for as many as thirty-five. Classes can be held at the location of your choice (your restaurant, home or our office as an example). We provide study materials in English or Spanish, instruction, and the exam. Training for both Food Managers and Food Handlers can take place in the same class… the only difference being the exams.
We offer discounts for larger classes, and the option to customize the class to address the issues your establishment faces.
Private Classes, One-on-One
This is a great option for those who prefer instruction on a one-on-one basis, for students who find it difficult to attend an open class due to their busy schedules, or for busy professionals who are needed at their posts.
One-on-one classes greatly increase the odds of passing, If you are interested in a one-on-one class, or have any questions, please call us.

Frequently Asked Questions
What Certification will I get?
You can get your certification from the nationally-recognized National registry and be certified in the U.S. for 5 years.
The certification is valid for 5 years. The Managers test for either certification is 85 questions.
Do I have to attend a class to take the Exam?
No, you do not. However, the rate for taking the exam is still the same, so we highly suggest you sit for the instruction. The instruction increases the likelihood of passing the exam. Exams are tailored according to the latest food code laws. During class we talk about new regulations that are covered in the test. It is recommended that you take the class, so you are aware of these; otherwise, you might be unaware of the answers to some test questions.
I have several employees I need to certify do I have to send them all?
No, you do not. When conditions permit, we can send an instructor/proctor to your establishment.
Call and ask us.
Is the Class Bilingual?
We can teach the classes in both English and in Spanish. You have the option of both classes being taught in the same session or having them taught in different sessions. This is all at the same price. Having the class in two languages, not only encourages the employees to ask questions, greatly improving their participation in the class and gaining a greater understanding of the material (and themselves), but it also improves the likelihood of passing the examination.
No other company or instructor offers this.

If you are unable to attend your class, please let us know and we can reschedule you. We do require that you attend a class within 4 months of your initial class date.
