Food Safety Manager Certification
Certifications from any of these nationally-recognized organizations: National registry, ServSafe or Prometric. All three are ANSI certified and are valid in the U.S. for 5 years.
Food Handler Certification
As of July 1, 2011 California State Law requires ALL food service employees to receive food safety training and obtain a California Food Handler Card.
